Love Grace Regional Sales Manager (New York City)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospective customers (target list) and grow our client base.
Open new accounts with the help and guidelines of the partners of the company and enroll them into direct wholesale partnerships.
Report weekly progress on new account listings
Develop and foster relationships with new and current accounts
Build out the sales team by interviewing, hiring and training quality Sales analysts and associates.
Manage expenses, budgetary authorization and other administrative responsibilities as necessary for the Sales Department.
Establish, monitor and report on sales merchandiser objectives; Set goals and objectives, monitor activities of your team and report results
Lead, manage and coach the Sales team; set their weekly targets (account openings), conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Sales team on the marketing plan to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies; identify sales opportunities and contribute to new and innovative ideas

In addition (CRM):

Perform market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with current customers in order to foster future sales. Work directly with them to ensure they meet/exceed their commitments for successful sales and availability of Love Grace products

Always be on top of the competition by monitoring, evaluating and reporting activities, price points and products
Attend key marketing and sampling events to further promote sales

Requirements:

Prior experience representing a brand is a must!
Pre-existing relationships with wholesale partners is a plus
5+ years of successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in the consumer packaged goods category, preferably beverages
Ability to recruit, coach, manage, and lead a team of territory managers and product demonstrators
5+ years of experience successfully managing and growing field sales team in NY and/or the East Coast
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable analyzing and generating Excel spreadsheets and reports
Plan, organize and prioritize daily work to meet established goals
Outstanding communication skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and support a team, creating an environment for individual and company success
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing and developing sales talent while also developing key relationships and partnerships.
Multitasking and prioritization are crucial for this position.
Understand and communicate our brand message to all current and future accounts
Provide product education and collateral to store personnel
Establish and grow relationships with retailers through education, sales training and mentorship
Hire, schedule, manage and motivate your own Team of in-store Product Demonstrators
Manage a demo budget
Actively participate in important and visible promos and events, which may occur on nights/weekends
Share successes via market reports, conference calls and networking
Supports and maintains a healthy and sustainable lifestyle

Love Grace Community Manager (New York City)

We are hiring a talented candidate to manage our current Social Media while building our presence on additional platforms.

Love Grace is more than just a juice company, we are a healthy lifestyle brand committed to leveraging our foundation to bring more health and wellness to the planet. We like to partner with other health oriented businesses and professionals in order to convey a synergistic message while growing our business. That’s where you come in. This position will be critical. It will require the candidate to manage a 30,000 fan-base across 3 main platforms while building our presence in untapped markets. Additionally, this position will require creating content and managing campaigns. The Community Manager role is a full time role and is incredibly important to our mission.

Responsibilities:

Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities

Build a presence across 5-6 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube and Google+)
Work closely with Marketing Director to create unique content and strategy
Create relevant monthly social media calendars
Create and implement campaigns (contests, fan engagements) to promote new products, increase traffic to our site, increase sales and open up new channels

Prepare the full schedule of posts for the following month

Manage 3 major platforms daily (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Post, Monitor, listen and respond to fans in a fun friendly way
Cultivate leads and sales by engaging with fans and answering questions
Become an ambassador for Love Grace by creating and contributing to healthy dialogues,
Develop and expand community/collaborations/blogger outreach
Increase followers by implementing strategies and campaigns
Oversee designs of Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, Twitter profile, and blog
Design, create and manage promotions, ad campaigns

Monitor best practices for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
Schedule and create consistent newsletters with relevant, informative and in-season
content.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Adobe illustrator/Photoshop knowledge is key
• Interested and knowledgeable on organic healthy living
• Bright disposition, outgoing and friendly

• Demonstrates creativity and documented experience in Social Media. (Provide links to references)
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Can jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Knowledge of Social Media Management tools is a MUST (such as HootSuite, Adobe Marketing Cloud, SproutSocial)
• Knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques.

Customer Service and Sales Representative (New York City)

Join a friendly and comfortable environment for people to inquire about Love Grace and juice cleansing. Support clients from inquiry to completion with care, knowledge and to be a space for their healing. The position is also responsible for organizing incoming orders via phone and web and scheduling shipments. Customer Service Reps are all around great at making things work.

This is a part time position with future full time options taking place in our buzzing office in Long Island City, NY. Those interested should be organized, energetic, and happy working with our valued customers.
