We get like *really* into yummy recipes this time of year (in case you couldn’t tell 🤣) …but I mean Autumnal Bircher muesli with warm plum compote and crunchy granola?️ how could we not be inspired! .RECIPE via @anna.culina.Ingredients for 2 jars:60 g oats30 g raisins25 g almonds, roughly chopped1 tsp psyllium husk 150 g unsweetened dairyfree yogurt150 ml almond milk2 tsp lemon juice2 tsp maple syrup 3/4 tsp of cinnamon1 apple, grated.Plum compote:2 big plums2 tbsp coconut sugar1 squeeze of lemon juice 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger.Method:1. Mix all ingredients for the Bircher muesli. Refrigerate over night. The next morning add a little more almond milk until you have the desired consistency. 2. Cube plums and add together with the rest of the compote ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, give it a good stir, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 min.3.
